France meets Orient!

This summer is going to be oriental. Our rustic-style Baguette-Speciality Finlandaise is presenting itself from an oriental side - due to savoury Hummus-spread!

Hummus is an absolute foodtrend known from middle eastern levantine cuisine. It is usually served as a dip and you would have it with raw vegetables or bread. Our newest product Finlandaise Hummus, combines all of it.

Hummus is exclusively produced according to our own recipe and is made out of mashed chickpeas refined with sesame and seasoned with chilli and herbs.  Fresh raw vegetables like red pepper, grated carrots and rocket make our Finlandaise Hummus a crispy-fresh summersnack. 

Without any animal ingredients our rustic Baguette-sandwich is not just for flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans a real culinary delight.
