Made with the passion and perfection of an experienced family business, they leave the house of our partner as frozen dough blanks. From there, they begin their journey to the approximately 120 Le Crobag shops in Germany, Austria, and Poland. When it's time to offer them for sale, they are finished locally to unleash their unmistakably sensual French taste.
This requires hard work and precision from our employees who ensure that the delicate pastry blanks rise slowly and carefully in a two-and-a-half-hour process, before they are baked fresh in each shop throughout the day. This way our customers can enjoy fresh baked goods from Le Crobag around the clock.
